Face to Face Summer league

MCBA is running for a 3rd year a Face-to-Face Summer League with ALL matches being played Face to Face during the summer months,

when travel and weather conditions are usually much easier.  

Depending on how many teams enter, divisions will be created so that teams play 4, 5 or 6 matches between June and October.

[e.g. With 14 teams there would be 2 divisions of 7 teams, but with 15 teams there would be 3 divisions of 5 teams]  

The conditions of the competition will mirror those of the Manchester League, except that:

- matches must be played at a bridge club in the MCBA area or a player's home within 20 miles of central Manchester

- the discrete 30 VP Scale used until 2018 will be used for the 24-board matches.  

- Entry fee per team: £20.

This is a predominantly Face to Face league, so please don't enter unless you are prepared to play matches Face to Face.
