After 2025 AGM votes, it has been decided that the existing League will become predominantly Face-to-Face and a separate predominantly Online League will be created.

This entry form is for the existing League for which matches should be played Face-to-Face (whether at a local club or a player's home within the area of Manchester and its environs).

If BOTH teams choose to play a particular match Online (perhaps to avoid long journeys, or due to bad weather, or perhaps someone is ill but able to play online), that is fine

but the expectation is that matches will be played Face-to-Face.

If you find that only part of your team would like to play in this way or if you need some extra players, then let the League Secretary know.

Historically, League matches have been 24 boards (or 20 boards for lower divisions), and teams have played from 6 - 9 matches per season.

Please discuss with your team and then tell me how many boards per match you would prefer to play and how many matches per season you would like to play.

I will consider all replies when setting up the Divisions, but the structure depends on how many teams enter - 1 extra team could completely change the structure I need to create.
