- To bring four pints* of semi-skimmed milk with a receipt if possible.
- To fill the urn ¾ full with water and turn it on.
- Get paper cups from cupboard ready for use.
- Check & lay out tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits.
Advise Jenny / Molly on any shortages for the following week.
- Advise if any of these are running low.
- Afterwards store items, put back in store, leave kitchen tidy.
- Collect used paper cups (stack) put in blue bin outside do not leave in kitchen bin
- Arrange for someone to cover for you if you are not attending.

| Membership Reminder |
As we do not have annual subscription for membership the rule is that you should play at least twice in the previous three-month period*, otherwise your membership lapses
This is so we can offer places to players on the waiting list.
*If you are ill or have other long-term commitments please let me know and your membership may be able to be put on hold.
