 Usually Longniddry Bridge Club meet on Monday evenings in Longniddry Church Hall from the end of August to the end of April. It is likely that the club will resume face to face bridge early September 2022 unless the covid situation prevents it. Guests always welcome.
It is likely the club will continue to play a Tuesday evening tournament on line on BBO as long as there is a reasonable demand for it. Guests will always be made very welcome. if you are not a Longniddry or Dunbar member you can still play on line if you phone 01875852425 beforehand. You can also phone this number if you have any problems regarding Longniddry Bridge club.
Visitors are always welcome and a partner can usually be found.
In normal times members are asked to arrive early to help set up the tables and ensure the Bridge begins promptly at 7.00 pm and there is a usual break for tea/coffee around 8.30.
There is a monthly aggregate competition and a match pointed championship throughout the year and also a variety of other competitions including a singles evening, a teams event and a couple of 'fun events" at Christmas and the end of the season.
We also have two teams which play in the Eastern District League matches.
During the Summer there is a teams of four event held in members houses ensuring a mixture of mildly competitive bridge in a social context.
Visitors are always welcome and we can usually find individuals a partner if you contact the secretary a few days in advance of your visit.
