This hand could be bid many ways - and indeed it was :)

If North shows the Diamond support then South can bid Roman Key Card Blackwood in Diamonds. North shows two key cards without the ♦ Q .

When South continues to ask for Kings then North can deduce that South has the missing three Aces ( a void wouldn't be good enough as South then wouldnt know which Ace North has alongside their  ♦ K)

That is enough for Norh to bid 7NT on the strength of their Spade suit.
