Careful planning

East-West will end up in 3NT by different routes depending on the strength of NT being played

Played by East you would probably get a small  or ♠ led.

Declarer should leave the Diamonds to act as a communication vehicle between the two hands.

With the ♣ ,  , and ♠ finesse all working you can take twelve tricks but you need to run the  Q through to do so and pick up the  10 doubleton with North

South must not cover the Heart or Spade honours - the South Kings cannot be caught as Dummy has Axx in each suit so don't throw either King away!!!
