Please act responsibly, do not attend if you have the slightest cold or flu like symptoms or have been in close contact with a Covid sufferer.

| Obituary - Nance Holden |
We are sorry to tell you that Nance passed away just before Christmas.
Nance and her husband Barry were keen Bridge players and played regularly at Liskeard Bridge Club and Looe Bridge Club where Barry was Chairman and Nance Treasurer for several years.
The funeral is at 1.30 at Bodmin Crematorium on January 19th and afterwards at The Inn on the Shore, Downderry.

| County bridge event - premier pairs competition |
The John Perks Pairs - being held on Sunday 11 January 2026 on the RealBridge online platform starting at 1.00pm.
It will be green pointed with a minimum of 36 boards, with the leading three (TBC) pairs qualifying to play in the national final - the Corwen Trophy in May.
Entry is free, to myself, via this email, by phone 07807 009010, or personally when you see me.

| Fire alarm facilities at the Public Hall |
Whilst you are at the LBC please exit through the double doors of the Pheonix Room, turn left, (do not use the lift) then at the top of the stairs, turn left through the double doors into The Main Hall.
On the opposite side there are Fire Escape doors, once through these doors, turn right, which takes out to the side road.

Liskeard Bridge Club was founded in 1981
and joined the EBU in 1991.
The club runs two Duplicate sessions of bridge a week and one Rubber session. Members table money per session £3.00 Oct 2025.
