RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made at the club one week prior (sign up sheets are on the table) or you can email Sharon Pierce at: stylerpierce@embarqmail.com or call her at: 239-656-6052 no later than 5PM the day before the game is to be held. All email and phone reservations will receive a confirmation from Sharon. If you don't receive a confirmation from Sharon, check to make sure you sent it to the correct email address.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel a reservation please email Sharon Pierce at stylerpierce@embarqmail.com OR call Sharon at 239-656-6052.
If it is the day of the game call Sharon Pierce BEFORE 9AM, after 9AM call Sharon at 239-270-4737.
On game day if you are going to be late, but still plan to come to the game, please call 239-270-4737.
No penalty if you show up late, but please give us a courtesy call to let us know!
The Board approved a new attendance protocol at the July 18, 2022 meeting.
Members who miss a scheduled game and do not notify the club ahead of time will be asked to pay their missed game fee (the charge may vary based on the game) the next time they return to the club. **
**(We shall be reasonable in assessing these penalties, dear members. All fees will be waived if you are extremely ill, contagious and unable to speak, hospitalized, maimed, kidnapped and/or imprisoned and cannot use a cell phone to let us know of your misfortune.)
If you do not contact us, (except for above reasons) we will not waive your fee. We have a lot of members on waiting lists who may be eager and able to play in your stead if we do not hear from you in a timely manner. ***

CELL PHONE POLICY
The LCBA Board decided to institute a penalty for the errant phone calls during our bridge game. If your cell phone disrupts the game, your team will receive a deduction of 25% from the score of one of your boards. Please turn off your cell phones before the game. If you have an emergency, leave your cell phone with the director during the game and she will notify you if you receive an emergency call durinring the game.
COVID POLICY
If someone asks that you wear a mask at the bridge table, you are required to do so. One exception, there are
members who shall be exempt from wearing a mask due to a medical or disability issue. If you are coughing and/or sneezing, cancel your game in a timely manner. If you are coughing and sneezing due to allergies, please take your medication, or wear a mask, or stay home.
