Main: Supreme of Corn-Fed Chicken. Truffled Chicken Sausage, Parmesan Mash, Charred Shallots and Leeks, Spinach,
Lardons and Croutons, Tarragon Cream

Caponata Filled Bell Pepper. Grilled Seasonal Vegetables, Charred Lettuce Heart, Toasted Pine Nuts, Olive Oil,
Potato Confit, Smoked Aubergine Purée, Sauce Vie (Let us know if you want the veg option)
8pm Bridge starts – Tea, coffee, chocolates
