Burrata with Sundried & Cured Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Nuts, Basil & Balsamic, Rocket Leaves, Gremolata

Main: Roast Saddle of Lamb, Fried Lamb Sweetbreads, Asparagus, Tenderstem Broccoli, Roasted Beets, Onion Purée, Goose Fat Potato with Bacon and Shallots, Tomato and Basil Jus   or
