FREE EBU SCORE SEMINAR - QUESTIONNAIRE

As part of this year's LCBA Festival, we are planning to hold a FREE EBUScore seminar for club volunteers on the afternoon of Friday 14 November at Boltholt Country Park Hotel, Bury .  This will be delivered by Jonathon Lillycrop, the EBU's Club Liaison Officer. Please complete the registration form below to reserve a place or places - you may reserve up to 4 places.  Entries are required by end October latest please.

Jonathon has suggested a number of topics he might cover and also invited clubs to suggest other topics.  Although optional, it would be extremely helpful if you would also complete the questions at the bottom of the form.
