JOHN ARMSTRONG GREEN POINT SWISS PAIRS

 

Saturday 16 May 2026 with an 11.30 am start, finishing approximately 6.30 pm.

 

Venue: Deva Bridge Club, WI Hall, Village Road, Christleton, Chester CH3 7AS 

 

Tournament Director:  Ken Johnston

7 matches of 7 boards with a short lunch break after round 3.  Tea and coffee will be available all day no food will be on sale at the venue. Everyone welcome to bring their own food along to eat at the break, there’s also a pub, shop and cafe nearby.  Green points to EBU scale.

Pachabo
Pachabo 2019

The team of Ross Shine & Dave Costich, John Brearley & Dagmar Fazackerley represented Lancashie County in the annual Pachabo Cup competition on 8-9 June 2019. They finished 19th of 29 teams.

Pachabo 2017

The LCBA Team of Nick & Sue Woodcock, Stuart Clarke & Bill Carr led for a significant part of the weekend EBU Pachabo Cup competition held at the Mercure Hotel, Daventry.
They ended 8th in the Final positions. Full details on the EBU site.

Pachabo 2016

Stuart Norris & Rod Greenhalgh, Des King & Jeff Smith playing for Lancashire finished 14th of 27 Teams in the Pachabo held at Birmingham Airport Hotel on June 11-12 2016. Full results on the EBU site.

Pachabo 2015

Nick & Sue Woodcock, S Clarke & B Carr) representing Lancashire County finished just below midway in the Pachabo Teams of 4 EBU Competition held at West Bromwichon 6-7 June 2015.

Pachabo 2014

The Lancashire team of Catherine Draper, Andrew Woodcock, Andrew Petrie and David Debbage finished a creditable 3rd out of 32 Counties that played in the EBU Pachabo Cup on 7-8 June 2014.
