The winning team was Bolton A (J Smith/M Farr, S Norris/R Greenhalgh, M Nicholson/J Morrell, P Evans/A Whittam) with Brierfield second and Preston third. The LCBA Club Teams of 8 will be held on Sunday February 27 at 11am online on RealBridge. LCBA clubs may enter bona fide member players making up one or more teams of 8 at £48 per team. There were 8 teams-of- 8 in the annual LCBA Teams of 8 held at Bury BC on 9th February 2020 ably run by Stuart Davies. The winners were Bolton A (A Barnes/J Smith, S Norris/R Greenhalgh, P Evans/A Whittam, J Morrell/M Farr) with Southport 2nd and Preston 3rd. Full details in Results section. Bolton A will represent Lancashire in the Garden Cities Northern Regional Final on 26th April at Bradford BC.

There was a healthy turnout of nine teams - Bury, Bolton A,B, Brierfield, Poulton A,B,C, Preston,Southport at the LCBA Teams of 8 held at Bury Bridge Club on 25th February 2018.  The event was won by Bolton A, with last years winners Preston second, and Southport and Bury equal third. Full details in the results section. Bolton will represent Lancashire in the Garden Cities Regional Final (probably at Bradford) on Sat April 21 2018.

LCBA had 8 Teams in the annual Teams of 8 held at Bury Atahaneum on 12th Feb 2017. Winners were Preston BC (JM Brearley/A Lum, D Hilton/D Fazackerley, M Tomlinson/N Sutcliffe, C Mitchell/B Alston) on 104VPs. Second were Bolton A, third Southport. There were only five teams at the annual Team of 8 final held at Bury Bridge Club on 14th Feb 2016. The winners were Preston BC (A Lum/J Brearley, A Petrie/B Alston, D Hilton/D Fazackerley, N Sutcliffe/M Tomlinson) and they will represent Lancashire CBA on 7th May in the Garden Cities Regional Final at Bradford.  Second were Bolton B, Third were Southport.
