LCBA Officers - Succession Planning
I will be standing down from the LCBA Board in May 2026. We therefore need to find someone to take over from me and at the same time also identify successors for Treasurer and Secretary who can then be ready when the present incumbents call time. Almost any operational activity can be stopped but the charity can’t properly function without somebody in each of the three Officer roles. I don’t think any of the three jobs in themselves require a huge time commitment and can be done quite satisfactorily in 1 or 2 hours a week. I’m therefore hoping that some of the Trustees are willing to step forward and ensure the county can keep moving forward when the current Officers stand down.
