You need to login to access items in the "Members' Information" menu. If you don't know your password follow the instructions on the right of the screen.

Click "Members Only" to:

• find a partner
• send/view messages
• view the directory of members
• amend your details (using the Account tab)

Click "Requests/messages summary" to see a summary of all the requests and messages
