The committee would appreciate members helping in the following areas:

On arrival

• Set up the room ready for play (arrive early, if possible, to help)
• If no tea staff, set out cups, tea, coffee, milk and sugar prior to the start of play

Break (if no tea staff)

• Make the tea before the end of round 6 (particularly if you are sitting out)
• Ensure two people serve tea and coffee and that they are relieved half way through the round
• Assist in stacking cups into the dishwasher trays
• Unload cups and saucers into the cupboards

Before leaving

• Assist in replacing disturbed tables and chairs after play
• Assist in putting playing equipment away
• and most importantly Enjoy the evening in the spirit of the game
