This form below can be used to contact the club for Information such as Bridge Classes, or to bring issues to the attention of the committee for consideration.

The form generates an email to a committee member, so should be used for any Urgent issues.
However for less urgent matters, both this form or the Club Suggestion book can be used. (Note: items in the club suggestion book are considered at 6 weekly committee meeting).

The form can be used to record Building, Housekeeping, Equipment related problems, or to record changes to the Wednesday Evening Host Rota. 

Select the Type of Contact,  Indicate a priority,  Choose the Area to which the issue relates,  Enter the details,  and Click Send Message
