RESULTS:

This opens the results in BridgeWebs.

Top Left Hand icons:

  • Click on the Settings icon (wheel)  Opens up > Results Option Choose first 2 options to show Names and Card Analysis
  • Next: click on your pair names
  • Repeat at each visit as options go back to  the default position!
  • Click on the blue/green graph icon > opens up BSO:Bridge Solver Online > PLAY IT AGAIN:  is located in the top left hand corner.

PLAY IT AGAIN is a capability which adds additional REPLAY analysis to a Bridgewebs web site.

  1. Click on the Bridge Results Calendar tab
  2. Select a PLAY date and session
  3. Select PLAYER pair to analyse
  4. Select the board to analyse
  5. Click on the PLAY IT AGAIN button to activate it.

A PLAY IT AGAIN VIEW pop-up screen will display the hands for the selected board. Your selected board may be played AGAIN from this screen. To activate the REPLAY process, select the desired makeable contract or maximum tricks (OPTIONS) from the grid in the Card Window in the lower right of the page. A blue dot in the MAIN VIEW identifies the Declarer hand for the selected contract. You may commence REPLAY by clicking on a lead card from the Declarer’s left hand opponent, followed by clicking on a card from the Dummy, etc., until game is finished.

 The PLAY IT AGAIN VIEW screen displays all hands so that you may replay each hand by selecting the desired card and position .

 The RESULTS ANALYSIS VIEW analyses PLAY in terms of percentage score by board played for your team and for competitive teams.

 The PLAY IT AGAIN VIEW displays the optimum potential score for any given board.

 The OPTIONS selection permits displaying either the maximum trick potential by position or makeable contracts in the Card Display Window.

 The EDIT selection permits you to construct four customized hands for analysis and PLAY.

 A  "Help" selection is included to explain each web PLAY selection .... PLAY, Analysis, etc.

BRIDGEMATES

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE BRIDGEMATES
The correct pairs and boards are shown in small letters at the top of the Bridgemate screen as NS Pair # : EW Pair # (Boards)1-3

To enter the contract, remember to enter the pair number if requested , e.g. 3NT by 4S

1. INPUT ERROR:

  • Rectifying an input error. During the entry process If you have made an input error while the board result has not been confirmed yet by East, press CANCEL to rectify the error. In principle, it is possible to return to the board number input row by repeatedly pressing this button. It is also possible for East to reject the entered data by pressing CANCEL. The Bridgemate will now return to the input screen, and the entered data can be deleted by pressing CANCEL again. After East has confirmed the board result Once East has confirmed the score and the message “Entry completed” has been displayed, the score can only be edited by the tournament director.

2. INCORRECT CARD ENTRY:

  • When a card is entered that has already been entered in a previous direction, the Bridgemate will notify you. You should manually rectify the wrongly entered card in the other direction first before the card can be entered in the current direction. To do so, press N/S or E/W button to navigate quickly to that direction and correct the mistake. You can use the same N/S or E/W button again to move back to the current direction and continue the entry process. Remarks • During the entry process, you can press HANDS at any time to retrieve a full overview of the hand record entered so far.

3. PASSED OUT HAND:

  • Press GREEN  K Key
