Horley Baptist Church has issued a new contract for hirers that takes account of the restrictions necessary for it to become “Covid Secure”. The full text (pdf file) is HERE  but the main points are:

Access - By dedicated entry/exit via the back door
Face masks - Compulsory usage throughout the 3-hour bridge session
Distancing -  2 metres
Toilets -   Dedicated toilets
Sanitisers - Provided both in toilets and for entry
Refreshments - No church-provided equipment can be used. You can bring your own refreshments

Before the Committee consider whether to enter into this new contract, we need to know how many members would be prepared to attend. Therefore, we are asking three questions.You answers will NOT be seen by other members,  and will only be used by the HBC committee to decide whether to enter into a new contract with Horley Baptist Church. PLEASE RESPOND BY 23:59 on Wednesday 19th August. We can not proceed to book the room until we are certain that members will attend.
