'Bridge for All' is a nationally approved teaching programme developed by the English Bridge Union (EBU) teaches Standard Acol bridge, a system which is suitable for beginners and is widely played in the UK. The teaching involves a structured programme of 10 Lessons per term. Each two-hour session starts with a short talk and some practical exercises, but at least half the time is devoted to actually playing bridge.  We use online resources to help with your learning and there will also be an opportunity for supervised practice play online .

Our 2024 classes will be starting the week of January 9th. 

YEAR 1 is aimed at complete beginners or those with little knowledge of modern ACOL. Costs: £7 per lesson. Course Book: £20.  Our classes are held on Wednesday evenings at the Hexham Community Centre, Gilesgate, Hexham NE46 3NP  starting at 7.30pm. Please arrive 10mins before.
