AGM Sunday 27th September 2026

This year’s AGM will be again held by Zoom video conference at 11:00am on Sunday, 27th September. The Zoom link will be published here nearer the date.

The meeting itself will be short (less than 30 minutes last year) as all the officer reports will published in advance, along with the short agenda - click here.. for details.

The AGM requires a quorum of 30 HBA members to attend and hopefully you will be able to join. A sign-up sheet for members intending to attend has been set up so that the number of attendees can be monitored.

Questions about the reports should be submitted in advance to the HBA Secretary by August 30th.  Likewise for any Motions for Debate (which should be proposed and seconded) or proposals for the choice of our next Marjorie Lukyn charity.

The HBA Committee for 2026/7 will also be elected at the AGM. If you wish to nominate anyone for the Committee please use the attached nomination form.
