Annual General Meeting

Notice is given that the fifty-sixth annual general meeting of Heathercroft Bridge Club will take place on Tuesday 30th June 2026 at 6.30 pm in St Faith and St Laurence Church Hall. Members are invited to attend. The meeting will start promptly as we shall be playing bridge on its conclusion.

Election of Committee Members

Election to the committee takes place at the AGM. The committee consists of a minimum of 7 and a maximum 10 members of the club. If any member wishes to serve on the committee they should be nominated by 2 other members of the club and publish their nomination on this website using the form below. The committee will stand down at the AGM but are eligible for re-election. If the number of candidates for election/re-election exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, the election shall be by ballot.

There will be no “Any Other Business” item on the agenda, so if you have an item that you feel should be discussed at the AGM please ensure it gets brought to the attention of the secretary.
