New Rank Advancements

As per the latest information received from ACBL, we'd like to congratulate the following club members for achieving new ACBL ranks:

* Junior Master (5 MPs) - Karen Sandnes
* Sectional Master (50 MPs) - Barb Loeper
NABC Master (200 MPs) - Brigid Grode
Life Master (500 MPs) - Patti Worrall
* Bronze Life Master (750 MPs) - Ray Rizzo
* Silver Life Master (1000 MPs) - Bob Felix & Karen Pagano
* Ruby Life Master (1500 MPs) - Jeff Osman

Note: some of these categories also require a specific number of gold, red, or silver MPs in addition to total points. Life/Bronze Life Master point requirements are dependent on when the member joined the ACBL.

Kudos to HBC!
Kudos to HBC!

Harrisburg Bridge Club was ranked 23rd in table count out of over 3,200 ACBL bridge clubs for the year 2025. This is an accomplishment considering ours is a smaller population base. There are some very dedicated volunteers who keep this club running year after year but help is always needed! Please let our President Andre St. Omer Roy know if you have free time and are interested in helping out in any way. Pictured above is a recent Monday night game with a 0-500 and 0-50 section. This game continues to grow meaning we are bringing in new players, a key to a club's success!

Paul Henning
Paul Henning

Paul ("Pete") Henning passed away recently. Pete was a long time HBC member and an accomplished bridge teacher. Pete was well known for teaching many newer players the game he loved. A group of those former students made a donation to the club in Pete's memory, and that money will be used to purchase a new projector for our Education room. Thanks for all you did for HBC Pete!
