Rules of Handicapping for Chicago 2019-2020

1.  Handicap will be applied after 5 scoring sessions.

2. Handicap is calculated as follows: - minus (average of last year's score) rounded up nearest 10.

3. Handicap for new member - average of the first 5 scoring sessions.
