Our founders formed the Gungahlin Bridge Club in 2011 with eight pairs in the first session. Their aim was to create a friendly environment where players could enjoy social bridge.

Current members would agree that their vision has carried through to today.

We have just over 60 members and an average of seven tables per session.

Table money is $5 for members and $10 for visitors.

Visitor pairs are welcome provided they have a current MyABF account with sufficient funds.

GBC cannot offer Bridge classes. Therefore, we will refer people who wish to learn Bridge to:

• Canberra Bridge Club 
• South Canberra Bridge Club
• Online classes with Grand Slam.

Once you are across the basics, we would welcome you and your partner as members. 

GBC members must also be a current member of the Ainslie Football and Social Club.

New members are welcome and must apply to the GBC President to become a member, and if accepted, meet the following conditions:

• Join the Ainslie Football and Social Club which operates the Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club where GBC plays
• Be a member of the ABF
• Enrol in the MyABF payment system
• Comply with the ABF Policies and Procedures, including the Code of Conduct
