You can use the [Options] Tab to set & change the options for the Attendance module

• Statuses:
  • Setting "Club Status" to Test will add a suitable warning message to any views by a member.
  • Setting "Status" to Live will ensure Bridgewebs rolls the Closed period each month.
• Periods:
  • Bridgewebs will NOT Rebuild the Attendance data for any period prior to and including the "Closed Period". This means that any old events uploaded or amended will NOT affect the "Attendance" data.
  • The Closed Period is automatically set to the period before the Current Period.
  • Once you have decided which period to start, set the status to Automatic.
• Overpaid/Underpaid:
  • You can set different text for Underpaid/Overpaid
  • You can set values for Significant Underpaid/Overpaid
  • There is an option to determine "How to calculate Current Player Balance Status"
• Member Account View:
  • A "Member Only" "Payment" Tab is available which is initially hidden, but can be added at any time in Web Admin - Menu - "Member Tab"
  • There is a separate option to specify how many months of history 
    • How many months a Member can view
    • You would like to view in Admin  [Player] Tab and [View] (New - January 2025)
