The "Attendance" data is primarily built from Results uploaded to your Web site with information taken from the Calendar

• Each time results are uploaded, the "Attendance" module will extract the players from the results and load into the "Attendance" module using the Fees from the Calendar. In the "Attendance" module you can specify a "Start" Period and a "Closed" period.
• Any results uploaded prior to and including the "Start Period" will be ignored. 
• Any results uploaded prior to and including the "Closed Period" will be ignored. and not affect any data already transferred.
• Similarly any changes to the Calendar such as amending the Fees or deleting a Result.

When you want to "Go Live" on the "Attendance" module

• Go to "Web Administration" - Menu - "Member Tab" and drag the Payment Tab to the top line.
• Change the "Club Status of Attendance Module" to Live - This will remove the "Test Warning" from the Member statement
• Change the "Status of Attendance Module" to "Automatic" - This will then roll the periods over each month. The "Current Period" will be set to last month and thus the "Closed Period" to 2 months back from the "Today", thus allowing you to finish off any entries for the previous month.
• If, later, you want to correct a period further back, change the "Status of Attendance Module" to "Manual" and you will be able to change the "Current Period" etc as necessary.
