You may have some information that you want to put on your web site which is created outside of Bridgewebs. Most "Text" can be "cut and pasted" into the Bridgewebs editor, but others may be best left as whole documents, also PDF (Portable Data Format) documents which are the best way to create complex web pages including pictures and output from Spreadsheets, such as unique competition results saved as a Web Page, Go to the documents tab and follow instructions.
