17 Email Queries

There are numerous features in Bridgewebs to allow emails to be created and sent from the Bridgewebs. These are sent from an Email service used by Bridgewebs for all emails. With over half million emails sent out every month, it is possible that you may not receive an email that you think you should be getting.

There are 3 possibilities

1) Your email service decides that the email is suspect and marks as Spam or sends the email to your Junk/Spam folder,

2) Your email service refuses to accept Emails from Bridgewebs for any number of reasons. These ae logged with the Email service and available for your club to review

3) Your email becomes blocked for any number of reasons. These again are logged with the Email service and available for your club to review, BUT, no further emails will be sent until the Block has been resolved.
