The basics of the "Attendance" module is that

1. Bridgewebs automatically builds a database of Sessions information from the Results files already uploaded to Bridgewebs
2. The Administrator can then assign a Fee to each each Session with default options for the Fee or Free and options to set different Fees for players, temporarily or permanently, robots etc
3. Bridgewebs then builds a Transaction database for each Player.
4. The club can download a csv from their bank and upload that to the Bridgewebs "Attendance Module" and match to the Bridgewebs Membership database and build a statement for a Member
5. The club can upload similar files for "Manual Sessions", "Subscriptions" etc.
6. Where appropriate, Amendments and Adjustments can be made through the "Attendance Module"
7. The existing "Bulk Email" has been extended to allow a "Personal Statement" link to be emailed to each player
8. The existing "Member Only" feature has an extra "Payment" Tab  for a Member to view their current balance at any time. This is initially hidden and can be added at any time in WebAdmin - Menu - Member Tab

This is based on the club asking their Members to use Online Banking and send them payments as and when. 

It is up to the club how this operates, whether players should be in credit before playing or fully paid up by the start of the month following.
