Online Bridge has been around for a number of years. However, in March 2020, everything changed. For the vast majority of Bridge players, the only way to play Bridge became Online. Integrating online Bridge results into Bridgewebs became a necessity. Many changes were made in quick succession, some of them subsequently dropped. Players, Directors and software developers had to respond very quickly to this "New Normal".  The situation has now become more understandable and this section covers some of the solutions.

There were  few issues.

• How to play Bridge online as a session similar to that played at a club
• How to transfer results and display on Bridgewebs.
• Translating user names into "Player Names.
