You can choose a number of options for the style of Email.

• Banner
  • Web Banner - Will include a Banner similar to the one shown at the top of a web page
  • Club Name - Will include a simpler Banner with just the Club name in a Font style taken from the Theme
  • No Banner - No Banner
• Theme - You can choose a Theme in in a similar way to a News Page
• Greeting
  • Hi Firstname Surname
  • Dear Firstname Surname
  • Hi Firstname
  • Dear Firstname
  • None
• Member Detail - tick to automatically include a list of members detail in the actual email (Shortcut to using Merge commands)
• Include News Page
  • Select from News Pages or None which will be shown below the Message
  • Select from items on chosen page

Use the [Preview] button to view the email that the members will actually see. (Except, each actual email will be completed from the Membership record)

The [Theme] option allows you to create a special format/theme for the email in the same way as you would a News Page, allowing to set boxes, font sizes etc.

The [Include News Page] allows you to set up and use a News Page as a regular Newsletter or simply include an item from an existing Web page.
