If you have a close association with other clubs, you may want to advertise their games on your site or vice versa. Also, if you are a Regional or County unit, you may want to share calendar details for clubs in your area.

If you are happy to share your calendar with other clubs , set the 'Security' field to 'Allow to be shared'.

In the 'Sharing' section, you can include other clubs that you have agreed to share on your site. Note, you can only share other clubs who are using Bridgewebs software and they will need to have set their Security field to 'Allow to be shared'.

The club code is the short version of the club name. The club should be able to give you this or you can get it from the Bridgewebs site https://www.bridgewebs.com/clubs/  select 'Special Lists' then 'Club Codes' and search for the club.

You can use the 'Show As' to set your own version of the club name. 

Choose whether to show Calendar events and/or Results for the shared club. Use the Highlight field if you want to distinguish between clubs by highlighting in different colours.
