- Bridgewebs - name as known to Bridgewebs.
- Scorebridge - name as known to Scorebridge.
- EBUScore - name as known to EBUScore.
- EBU USEBIO - tag as used in EBU XML format.
- Import/Export - Column Header required on Import and set on Export
- Update - Y indicates that this field is updated on the SPDB when updated in Bridgewebs.
- Synch - Y indicates that this field is updated in Bridgewebs from the SPDB when uploaded.
- Import/Export - I/E indicates whether the field is both exported and imported.

- The "Player Id/PID" is a unique software generated player number for each player. It usually cannot be amended in the Scoring Software and cannot be amended in Bridgewebs.
- The "Club Id/CID" should be a unique manually entered number for each player. It usually can be amended in the Scoring Software and can be amended in Bridgewebs if necessary
