There is an option to upload a Picture for Members. These are usually a small "Head & Shoulder" shot or cropped photo that can be shown in various places.

These can be uploaded

• by the Administrator through the "Membership" member detail option.
• by the Member through the "Member Only" - "Account" Tab.

Any photo uploaded this way will appear in the "Picture" Gallery as well.

For consistency, you will need to adopt a standard "Aspect Ratio" say Portrait style of 3:4 (width:height). You can upload a larger picture, say 300x400, but, for efficiency, Bridgewebs will resize all pictures to a width of 200px. In use, these will scaled down further.

The picture:

• Will show in the Individual Scorecard
• Can be used in the "News" "Membership List" option.
• Can also be picked in the "People" pages.
