Release 2.19r
13.1 Amending the Menu

Changing Position

FIRST, click on the menu at the position that you want to make a change, the background will be highlighted, then click the appropriate button:

  • Move an entry up the list.
  • Move an entry down the list.
  • Move an entry to the left, i.e.. Top Level.
  • Move an entry to the right, i.e.. Second Level.
  • To create a sub-menu , use ‘Add Header’ to create an entry immediately above the first item you wish to be in the sub-menu. Then use ‘Move Right’ on the item below to make it part of the Sub-menu. If you want to add other items to the sub-menu , position them below the existing item, then use ‘Move Right’ to position them correctly
  • Add Link allows you to create a link directly to an external site. When you click on ‘Add Link’ an entry is created below the currently highlighted position. It has ‘New Link’ in the title box. You can overtype this. Next to the title box is URL. You enter the URL for the external site here.
  • Delete an entry. Note this only removes the entry from the Menu. It does not physically delete anything. When you delete a page or document from the Menu, it is listed in columns 2 or 3 , in case you wish to add it back in later.
