This facility is provided to allow you to create competitions based on the results that you have uploaded.

• Type - the type of competition.
  • Pairs - analysed by pair.
  • Individual - analysed by individual.
  • Teams - analysed by teams.
  • League - a special type of competition
  • Knock Out - a special type of competition
  • Tournament - a special type of competition
• Title - shows at the top of the competition page.
• Short Title - a shortened version of the title to appear in the menu. If blank will use the main title.
• Hold - If you want to set a competition so that it temporarily does not show for some reason rather than deleting it, set the option to "No, keep on hold".
• Header - a paragraph to show at the top of the competition.
• Footer - a paragraph to show at the top of the competition.

The first 3 Types - Pairs, Individual and Teams work in the same analysing uploaded results
The League and Knockout can be used to create a Dynamic Competition with results being uploaded directly through the Competition
The Tournament is not really a Bridgewebs Competition, but allows you to link events together to that Tournament and with one page you can quickly view the results year on year for that particular competition. Useful for Grouping Annual one-day competitions.

You can add any number of competitions within reason.
