Items will automatically be date stamped on update and shown with the latest updated item first on the respective page. If you simply want something to appear at the top of the page, update it again last.

If you want another sequence altogether then you can enter a sequence code.

It is better to use 3 or more digits, such as 110,120,190,210,220,290,320, then you can insert items in between. These are all entered with a 0 at the end and this is an old technique to allow you to insert one e.g.. 115 without having to adjust them all.

If you are entering minutes for meetings and want them to show in sequence, then for example 20th October 2005, use the sequence 20051005 etc. and use reverse sequence to show the latest at the top.

If you choose Sequence Number, Bridgewebs will allow you to move the items Up and Down in Page view.
