10.2 Amending the Calendar

When you select Calendar tab in Web Admin, it normally defaults to the current month and if you have already entered some events for this month they should be listed. You can use the year and month buttons along the top to find  particular events in previous or future year/months.

To add a new event

  • Select "New Event"
  • Enter the information as necessary
  • Click Save.

Alternatively use [Quick Update] to add your events quickly and then fine tune them as shown below..

To amend an event.

  • Select the event by clicking on the "Event title"
  • Amend the information as necessary
  • Click "Save"

To delete an event including uploaded results.

  • Select the event by clicking on the "Event title"
  • Check you have selected the correct event to delete.
  • Click "Delete".
