If for any reason you want to download results previously uploaded to Bridgewebs you can accomplish this by signing into Results administration. You will see several tabs at the top of the page. Upload and amend are the ones you use for results normally, but in this case you need the recover tab. Click on that , make sure the email address in the box is the one you want to send to, and then click against the set of results you want to send. Then click send.

When the email is received, you can save the results to your pc . However if you use Scorebridge, there is a special feature. Open Scorebridge, click on list events and you can drag and drop the result file into list of events.

This facility won’t be needed frequently, but if the original result file has been lost or corrupted, or was on a different computer to the usual one, it can be very useful.
