Entries in the "Calendar" are entered as "Events", you can enter as much or as little information for an event as required. These will appear in the "Calendar List", "Calendar Month", "Home Page" as necessary. 

Once an event has passed into history, i.e.. older than today, it will be dropped from the "Calendar Page" and show up on the "Results Page" instead. 

The Calendar is a database of the club's activities with one entry for each event, scheduled or played. You can maintain this completely manually by entering the details one at a time. However, there are a number of options to speed up this process.

• "Quick Update". 
• "Schedule" - If the events each week are simply a repeat, week on week, then enter the details in the Schedule and the Calendar will be automatically completed at the start of the Month, so at the start of June, the entries for August will be automatically added where there isn't already an entry. So for a "Bank Holiday" enter this manually for the particular date.
• "Copy" - Click on an existing entry and click Copy, Bridgewebs will move the date forward by 1 week and you can [Save] to confirm and repeat.9 The Calendar

To add a new event

• Click "Calendar"
• The system will show a list of all events on the calendar, you may need to use the year buttons to find the entry you require.
• Select "New"
• Enter the information as necessary
• Click Save.

Alternatively use [Quick Update] to add your events quickly and then fine tune them as shown below..

To amend an event.

• Click "Calendar"
• The system will show a list of all events on the calendar, you may need to use the year buttons to find the entry you require.
• Click on the "Event title"
• Amend the information as necessary
• Click "Save"

To delete an event including uploaded results.

• Click "Calendar"
• The system will show a list of all events on the calendar, you may need to use the year buttons to find the entry you require.
• Click on the "Event title" in the list.
• Check you have selected the correct event to delete.
• Click "Delete".
