If you would like Members to Volunteer for "Host" or one of the other fields maintained in the Calendar, you can sign in as administrator, go into calendar and quick update. If you need a volunteer as Host, Scorer or Director for specific events, enter "Wanted" into the appropriate box or boxes.

Now when a member looks at the "Calendar Month" for the period in question, an icon will appear showing host, scorer or director. If the member clicks on this and enters his email and password, and then clicks on [Check], they will now be listed as director, scorer or host for the event as appropriate.
