League Travel Expense Criteria

1. Claims can only be made for drivers designated by Team Captain
2. Team Captain to make all claims on behalf of any drivers
3. Claims can only be made if picking up passengers from another household
4. Claim period starts and ends from first passenger picked up/dropped off from another household
5. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of event
