We regret to inform you that Janet Bloch passed away Christmas Day, after valiantly fighting cancer for months.

The GBC has lost one of its nicest, classiest, most pleasant members.

Our sympathies go out to her family and her long time bridge partner Cal Scotchmer.

There will be a celebration of life on Friday January 2 at the Goderich Legion at 1p.m.

The Goderich Bridge Club is an ACBL sanctioned fun-loving bridge club.

We run 7-12 tables each week in our F2F game.

F2F games are held at 1:00 pm Tuesdays at Trinity Church, 245 Mill Road, Goderich.

Our club is scent-free - please do not use aftershave, perfume, cologne, etc.

The bridge game scheduled for Tuesday is cancelled.

The ACBL is offering two free one hour "Introduction to Bridge" session for beginners.

There are two different dates for this session - Thursday December 18 and Monday December 29.

The ACBL is offering a 10-week beginner bridge lesson set starting soon.

There are six different starting times for these lessons - morning, afternoon, or evening.

These sessions stat in January, February, and March 2026.

There are also follow-up lessons for those who complete the beginner set.
