2024/25:  Jointly awarded to Mary Cahill and Lesley Bartley, who both improved their NGS score by a whopping 30%+!  Others greater than 10% were John Cairns (+15.6%) and Helen Medley (+10.3%).

2023/24:  Awarded to Dave Errington who went from an NGS of 37.15 to 42.64, a 14.8% increase.  Others greater than 10% were Helen Medley +12.8% and Carol Wheeler +12.7%.
