BBO Changes in July and amended Fun 2 Play schedule

We are planning to play as usual on Mon 2pm and Thu 2pm sessions - but to ensure they don't exceed the BBO 20 table limit in July, there will also be a trial of an additional Assisted play session on Wed 10 am, so that the player numbers are spread over these 3 sessions.  The plan is also to move the free play game from Sat 10 am slot to a Tue evening 7:30 pm slot, since we are now able to schedule evening games.

Please feel free to comment on this revised schedule of games and to also make any suggestions.

Thank you!
