ADVANCED BRIDGE TOPICS COURSE STARTING THURSDAY 5 OCT 9:30 am

The Advanced Bridge Topics Course is a great way to gain a better understanding on how to improve competitive bidding, play a hand after picking up information during bidding,  and work in synch with partner to defend well. 

It is aimed at Bridge players who have been playing for at least 2-3 years and want to develop their understanding of the game by observing and taking advantage of the clues during bidding and play.  The course will identify how counting points, shape and distribution can really give an edge to the game.

Please book one or more sessions for this course.  Please also provide any comments or suggestions for topics you would like to see included.  Note that the schedule is a draft schedule of topics - there may be changes after discussion with players who have booked.

The course will be delivered online via Zoom, followed by practice play at a Teaching Table on BBO, with Zoom running in parallel, allowing players to communicate with each other or ask questions during play. Players do not need to attend with a partner.

Zoom recording, notes and, if appropriate, a quiz will be emailed after each lesson, for each session booked, as long as there are no technical glitches during the recording!

Players who book on this course are welcome to email me with any queries about boards played during Fun 2 Play games or in other games...we will have some time during each session to review these and I will do my best to help or ask experts for their views.

Cost for all 10 sessions (notes and recording will be emailed for any missed sessions) : £150
Individual sessions (minimum booking of 6) :  £20 per session
