Friendly Friday meetings are held on the REAL BRIDGE site.

This means you can see and talk to the other people at your table – like at the club.

Time: 2.00pm – 4.30 at the latest. Cost is £3.50 and Master points are given.

You don't have to register or 'invite' your partner or have a Username as you do on BBO - Real Bridge is run through our bridgewebs website.

How to join the session

From about 1.30 pm on onwards (maybe a bit early but it's up to you), you just click on 'RealBridge Login' under Calendar on the right side of the homepage and the link will be immediately under the date. Just click on the link, fill in your real name & your EBU number (ID number) and it will take you in to the lobby where you wait for your partner, or sit down at a table until they come in.

Rules

One BIG difference is that the bidding is like we play at the club. You no longer alert your own bids, your partner does it - ie. if your partner opens 1NT you just say 12-14 (or whatever you play). If partner opens 2 Hearts you say weak (or strong), just as you would at the club.
