The Annual Summer Party will be held on Wednesday 1st July 2026.

The entry fee is £10.00 which includes table money, reception drinks, a delicious buffet (provided by the excellent Gillions), a raffle and of course an evening of bridge to follow.

You are welcome to bring along your favourite beverage (and glass).

A list is on the club noticeboard, so please get your name and your partner's name on the list sooner rather than later.

Entry fees will start to be collected from the Monday 8th June.

Please note that there will not be a standby partner available.

Looking for something interesting to do in Formby?

We play  friendly duplicate bridge and are affiliated to the EBU.

 Members meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:50 for 7:00 start.

Refreshments: - tea, coffee and biscuits will generally be served every club night.

We run three club competitions every year between October and March.  Competition winners receive their prizes during the Annual General Meeting which happens in April.

Please note that we have a duty of care to all of our members, so please do not come to the club to play bridge if you are feeling unwell or have a condition that could be passed on to others.  Some of our members are very vulnerable and if you turn up to play and are showing signs of cold or flu like symptoms, you will be politely asked to leave.
