We can only accommodate 10.5 tables for bridge, that's 21 pairs.
If you are the 22nd pair trying to register you will get a message that the event is full.
However, your partnership can elect to go on a Reserve List by contacting Linda Souter.
If there is a drop out, then we will seek to fill the gap from the Reserve List.

| Half Table sit-outs |
Some members have raised concerns that it seems as though the East/West pairs sit out many more times than North/South pairs when we have a half table.
If we have a Share and Relay movement in play, which happens with an EVEN number of tables, it is preferable to make the sit out pair East/West on the last table, thus saving the need for the first and last table to share boards.
When we have an ODD number of tables, the half table can be NS or EW, and in future we will alternate. However, please note that this will always be at the Director's discretion and he/she may decide not to comply with that week's rota for mobility reasons or too many recent Share & Relay movements etc.
